DISCLAIMER
Most items will vary in color and texture due to the nature of the fur. Our aim is to kept our quality consistent. Some furs are available in limited quantities at different times of the year.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most pieces are made to order, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery time, unless it's an inventory item. We will email you with updates. David Appel Furs will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. We ship to all the United States and Internationally ( i.e. Russia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia). All International shipping is subject to dutys and customs charges and will vary by country, customer is responsible for these chargers. Our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Information you provide to us may include; when you search, buy, participate in a contest or questionnaire, or communicate with customer service. For example, you provide information when you search for a product; place an order through David Appel Furs provide information in My Account (and you might have more than one if you have used more than one e-mail address when shopping with us); communicate with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise; complete a questionnaire or a contest entry form. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, and phone numbers; credit card information; people to whom purchases have been shipped, including addresses and phone number; content of e-mails to us. We will protect our files and will not share any of your information with other entities.

RETURN POLICY
Contact us prior to any returns. We have a FULL REFUND policy if an item is shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt and if items HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless customer agrees to pay for the cost of relining, cost of relining will vary. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. David Appel Furs does not assume return shipping costs.

ORDERING
Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number to the left of items, and then by clicking "recalculate" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Thinking of removing items from your cart? You may instead want to consider saving the items to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by clicking “log in” on the menu bar at the top of any page.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “register” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account.

Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments thru PayPal. Whether you have a Paypal Account or not, you can still choose the Paypal paying option as Paypal can process your credit card or debit card payment without the need to have a Paypal account.

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Log into your account, and click on “Account Information” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit” The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.
